We ship fresh roasted coffee Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post and TNT.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected delivery method.
Please note that milk-based and liquid products are heavier items and may incur higher shipping costs depending on your delivery address. These charges are set directly by our delivery partners and are outside of our control.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, carrier, and peak periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
HANDLING
All orders placed before midday AEST will be dispatched from our warehouse the same business day in most cases. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels but will help resolve any issues related to your delivery. Delivery times are only approximate and may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control. Milk lab products due to their weight incurs higher shipping costs which are calculated at final checkout.
