ABOUT OUR COFFEE
What is specialty Coffee?
The coffee beans we roast are officially rated ‘specialty grade’ by certified quality testers around the world. They’ve got tons of interesting flavours and our roasters always get the beans to you in that peak freshness period. We roast our beans and ship them to you the same day. When it arrives at your doorstep, it’ll be the freshest coffee you’ve ever tasted. Give it a shot, we promise you will love it!
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Not only is our coffee ethically sourced it is ‘Fair Trade’.
How long will my coffee beans last?
We recommend using whole coffee beans within 6 weeks of the roast date. If your coffee is pre-ground, we recommend consuming it within 2 weeks of opening.
What if I require a special grind?
When you select your coffee you also have the option to select your grind. If your grind is not available, you can contact us, and we will grind the coffee to your likings. However, we strongly recommend buying our beans whole and grinding it at home just before making your coffee.
How should I store my coffee?
Moisture and air will ruin your coffee and therefore, do not place your beans in the fridge or freezer. Coffee beans should always be stored in a dry, dark and cool place. We recommend storing your coffee in an airless canister which is available from our shop.
