Refund Policy for Coffee Hero Australia
Thank you for choosing Coffee Hero Australia. Below are our refund and exchange policies for coffee, coffee accessories, and subscriptions. We aim to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchases.
Coffee
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. If your coffee arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a possible refund or correction.
Coffee Accessories
We accept returns of coffee accessories under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
To return an accessory, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Coffee Subscriptions
- Subscription Commitment: When you choose a subscription over a one-time purchase, please ensure you select the correct option at the time of purchase. We notify you at checkout that you have selected a subscription. Please contact us immediately if this was made in error so we can cancel any future or upcoming subscriptions before they are charged and shipped.
- No Returns or Refunds: Once an order is shipped as part of a subscription, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Managing Your Subscription: You may cancel, modify, or update your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. This flexibility allows you to manage how your subscription meets your needs.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return for coffee accessories is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged accessory for the same item, send us an email at info@coffeehero.com.au and send your item to: Coffee Hero Australia, Unit 19, 152 Old Bathurst Road, Emu Plains NSW, Australia.
Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
- To return your product, mail it to: Coffee Hero Australia, Unit 19/152 Old Bathurst Road, Emu Plains NSW 2750, Australia.
- You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
